In effort to expedite the delivery of commissions and policy service correspondence, we have asked carriers to send these directly to you whenever possible. In years past, we have received policy service correspondence and batched items to be distributed twice a month. By having information go directly to you, we feel it will improve overall service.
For routine inquiries and policy service requests, we have also found that it is more efficient and timely for our agents to go directly to the carriers. Term conversions and any other situation that would require underwriting should continue to be sent to our office.
We are always happy to intervene if there are problems or you need assistance in navigating the home office policy service units. Anytime we can add value to the process, please don’t hesitate to involve us.
